Are you a real local florist?
Yes. Azhaar Flowers is a real flower shop in Hurghada. Every bouquet is prepared by our in-house florists and delivered with care by our own team.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Hurghada and nearby resort areas including El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay, Soma Bay and Safaga. Delivery to other major cities across Egypt is also available depending on location.
Are your flowers fresh?
Yes. We source flowers regularly and prepare each arrangement to order to ensure freshness, quality and a beautiful presentation.
🛒 Placing an Order
How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select your delivery date and preferred time, add a personal card message, enter delivery details and complete secure online payment. You will receive an order confirmation immediately.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available for all orders received by 9:00 PM.
🚚 Delivery Information
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Yes. During checkout, you can select a suitable delivery time from the available time slots in the dropdown menu. We always aim to deliver within the selected time window.
What time will my order be delivered?
We deliver daily from morning until late evening. Your chosen delivery time slot helps us plan the route and ensure timely delivery.
Do you deliver to hotels and resorts?
Yes. Hotel and resort deliveries are very common.
Please include:
- Hotel or resort name
- Guest name
- Room number (if available)
- Recipient phone number
This helps ensure smooth and quick delivery.
What if the recipient is not available?
Our driver will contact the recipient to arrange the best way to complete the delivery. Where appropriate, the order may be left with reception or security.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, when permitted. Please provide the hospital name, ward and room number. If flowers are not allowed in certain areas, delivery may be left at reception.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes. If you need to change the delivery date, time, address or card message, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation may be possible depending on how close we are to the delivery date. If preparation or dispatch has already started, a refund may not be possible.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately. We will try to update the details, however delivery cannot be guaranteed if the address is incomplete or incorrect and we are unable to reach the recipient.

Will the flowers look exactly like the photo?
Each arrangement is handmade, so small differences may occur. We always keep the same style, colour palette and overall value shown on the website.
Do you ever substitute flowers?
Occasionally, if a specific flower is unavailable. If this happens, we use flowers of equal or higher value while keeping the same look and feel of the arrangement.
Are vases included?
Only if it is clearly stated in the product description.
What if I’m not satisfied with the delivery?
If you have a concern about quality, please contact us within 24 hours and include photos where possible. We will review the situation and work quickly to resolve it.
